No Request is Too Small or Too Large
There is no right way to ask for prayer. You don't need a polished sentence, the right Bible verse, or even a clear understanding of what is going on inside you. Just write what you can — even a single word is enough.
If you are praying for someone else and would prefer not to share their name, that is completely fine. The Lord knows the situation in detail, and your prayer team will hold the request with reverence regardless.

Your request lands directly with the prayer team. We send you a brief confirmation email straight away so you know it's received.

We Pray Over It
Within 24 hours, your request is prayed over by our prayer team — by name if you've shared one, or simply as the Lord knows it.

We Hold It With Care
Confidential requests are kept to the small leadership team only. Even non-confidential ones are never published, posted, or shared more widely than necessary.

Optional Follow-Up
If you ticked the pastoral-follow-up box, a pastor will gently reach out within three working days to ask if you'd like to talk. There is no pressure either way.

A Prayer Request is Not a Crisis Service
If you are in immediate danger, having thoughts of harming yourself, or feel you cannot cope tonight, please contact one of the professional services on the right right now. Our prayer team prays daily, but we are not on call 24/7 — these teams are, and they are trained to help.
